Cricket Field Saved from Housing Development
Thanks in part to funds from Fields in Trust, Bristol YMCA are celebrating the official purchase of their 130 year old cricket ground. Plans were in place to sell the ground for a housing development but, will the help of a community fundraising drive, the pitch is now safe. Read more here.
New FIT Field in Bristol
We're pleased to announce that, after much dotting of I's and crossing of T's, Pen Park in Bristol has now been permanently protected. As well as ensuring its future recreational use, Bristol City Council have also established a £150k permanent endowment fund for the ongoing management of the site which will be of great benefit to the local community.

Another Flagship Initiative?
